I think it is important to have organic (although even the Really Raw Honey is not certified, but their practices are still organic) because if the bees are buzzing around pesticide laden flowers/orchards, plants, then those chemicals will wind up in your body too! Organic & local would certainly be best, but it's unlikely you'll find any, I never have. <br /><br />Are you having sinus issues with your allergies?
