Oh, I LOVE coconut oil. I buy a brand from Spectrum. It's certified organic. I prefer the unrefined extra virgin coconut oil. Oh, and a sidenote, it smells so GOOD!!!!! Love the stuff. We've even used it to cook instead of butter or other oils, when we were in a pinch. it's absolutely wonderful. it burns clean in the pan, too. Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :)
