Even though the probiotics say to take on an empty stomache, can you take them with a little food? How do you know how many you need?
When you first started taking the primal defense and the other supplements....how many did you take per day? We will just take it as suggestions and helpful info. I'm just wondering if I'm taking enough to get me well again.
Also....when you go out with your family what do you feed your little ones? Suggestions on places to get ok food. I know that nothing out there is very good....but sometimes we have to make due with what we have at the moment. Just wondering!
