Happy Friday everyone! We'll be back on track with our Perfect Weight America series next week, but I've been crazy busy and just have a minute to share an awesome Dr. Mercola article I read.

Thanks for posting this article. I didn't realize that using the computer at nighttime could be part of the reason why I have trouble sleeping. I'll give his suggestions a try. I purposefully turn my cell phone so the screen is facing the bottom. I can't see it at all. I don't use an alarm clock in my room at all. I set the alarm on my cell phone far enough from my bed, that I have to get up to turn it off..and that seems to help. however, I still need more sleep..:) :) Thanks for sharing this article!!
