I'm looking forward to hearing more. I actually purchased this book a few months back...but haven't done anything about my weight yet. That's definitely something I need to take charge of this year...and really do more to eat healthier. In any case, thanks for posting about this!!! Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :) :) :)
