What Is YOUR Body's Perfect Weight?

Yesterday I told you about Jordan Rubin's awesome book, Perfect Weight America, and how I am so thrilled about it because I believe it can truly change many lives for the better! There is truly no better way to get in shape this New Year, and to stay healthy and in shape the rest of your life!
