I just fo und my copy of "Perfect Weight America" It was on my dad's bookshelf. So I started rereading it this morning. Also when I was at the grocery story, I will often buy a name brand i ced coffee drink. Today I passed on that..instead I read the ingredient label, then went home and researched two words.. maltodextrin and ascorbic acid. It's a bit complicated for me..but I think for me it comes down to this..if it needs a preservative or an additive, I don't want it right now!!! I'll make it at home :) :) Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :)

p.s. Thanks for your blog. I 'm really enjoying the posts !!!
