What Are Your Questions This Week?

Happy Labor Day everyone! I hope you are all having a wonderful, relaxing day with your friends and family!

I'd like to know: What are your questions this week? Let me know, even if it's just one or two!

Have a great holiday!

when you switched To the Maker's Diet, how did you deal with cravings? How did you deal with it when you had to go out with friends or to an event with food? I feel like I can do great when I am at my home in my bubble but then we go out and all the foods that I haven't been eating look so yummy! :( I am having a very difficult time staying on the plan.

I would love to hear your basic menu...what you eat on a daily basis. As the oldest daughter, I plan the meals for my family, and am always looking for ideas! I love reading about others who eat this way, and learning new ways to do things :-)
Blessings to you and yours!

Hi Cath,
1) What would you recommend for pain relief as a substitute for ibuprofen? Doctors say it's safe, along with acetaminophen. What harmful effects do you know about?
2) I understand that antibiotics are bad for you; how would you recommend treating a bacterial infection in your body?
3) We've been using Rapadura as a substitute for white sugar (we had been using evaporated cane juice) and have been loving it! What do you use as a substitute for brown sugar in baking?
Thanks,
Karen
